Refund Policy

When a user purchases items using an educational discount, if it is verified that the user does not meet the student eligibility requirements, the order will be refunded. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The exact fee will depend on the order details. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the verification is completed.

  3. Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification. The refund will be issued back to the user’s original payment method.

  1. The platform is not responsible for any refund delays caused by payment platform or bank processing delays. For such issues, users should contact the payment platform or bank directly.

  2. If a user cancels an order for personal reasons, the refund will be processed according to the specific circumstances, and a cancellation processing fee may be charged.

  3. In certain exceptional cases (e.g., payment system failures), the platform reserves the right to decide whether to approve the refund request based on the specific situation.
