1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to the basic online shopping functions provided by New Life service providers through their websites and new forms that may emerge with the development of technology.

To create a New Life platform account, you need to provide us with at least your mobile phone number, desired member name, and password. We will determine your current level based on your usage of the New Life platform account and the account level calculation rules set by the platform, and provide you with the basic rights corresponding to your current level.
You can use the products or services provided by us and/or our affiliated companies through the New Life platform account on our website or client app provided links or other product/service entry points. To facilitate your management of the New Life platform account, we will synchronize and display your registration information, as well as the operations you have performed on New Life platform or related products and services, including centralized display of your personal information, discount privileges, and transaction orders through the New Life platform account. The information associated with your New Life platform account, including the above, will be used to provide customer service to you, identify account security risks, and recommend goods or services that may be of interest to you.
You can set your nickname, gender, and avatar yourself, which will be publicly displayed in review, sharing, and other interactive scenarios. You can also set your birth month and day, and New Life may display birthday-related benefits based on your birth month and day information. These types of information are non-essential personal information, and not providing this information will not affect your use of New Life platform services.
2. Authorized Login
We may provide your account information (profile picture, nickname, and other page prompt information) to third parties with your separate consent, which enables you to conveniently register or directly log in to third-party accounts. To show you products or services that you may be interested in, we collect and use your browsing, search, added-to-cart, and transaction records while accessing or using our platform website or app, and combine them with the device information, service log information, and other information we lawfully obtain with your authorization, to predict your preference features through algorithm models. We will base on your preference features and push to you commercial advertisements and other information that you may be interested in on Taobao and other third-party applications or terminals, or send you commercial messages.
Personalized recommendation and retrieval algorithms will base their predictions on your preference features, match products, services, or other information that you may be interested in, and sort the information presented to you. 2. Order placement and order management

(Four) Provide you with information publishing function.
1. Evaluation, commentary
When you rate the goods and/or services in a transaction, we will collect and display your ratings and shared content (including the text, pictures, videos, etc. you post), your profile picture, and nickname on both in-store and out-of-store pages. If you choose to rate anonymously, your profile picture and nickname will not be displayed to other users, except for when you choose to publicly share that rating. If you choose to rate anonymously but then publicly share your rating, your profile picture and nickname will be displayed on the public sharing channels.
When you leave comments on reviews or content posted by other users, your profile picture, nickname, and comment content will be publicly displayed.
You can ask questions to other users who have already purchased the app, and when you are a paid user, you may receive random invitations to answer questions for other users. When you choose to ask and answer a question, your question and answer, along with your profile picture and nickname, will be publicly displayed.
2. Personal Profile Page
Your personal page displays your profile picture, nickname, posted content, and related interaction information (fans, followers, comments/likes, ratings, Q&A, and collections) etc. You can click on the profile picture in the top right corner to enter your "Personal Page" to view and manage your personal information, posted content, and can also set your personal page privacy settings.

However, we will only upload the clipboard content to our server when we locally identify that the clipboard content belongs to a Taobao jumping, sharing, or activity linking instruction. We will not collect or store your clipboard's other information, and individual clipboard information cannot be used to identify your personal identity. At the same time, we may need to read your phone gallery to enable you to share or receive shared pictures or videos.

When you contact us or submit an inquiry regarding pre-sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity for the purpose of safeguarding your account and system security.
In order to contact you and assist you in resolving your issue as quickly as possible, we may keep records of your communication with us, communication/call record and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or your contact information you leave).
